Preparation for your appointment
Please come on time, with the first visit there is many forms and medical information that have to be filled out.
Appointment types include new patient examination, well woman exam, annual exams, problem visits, contraceptive visits for procedures, and special consultations.
Appointments may be delayed or resecheduled depending on emergencies and deliveries. We will do our best to contact you to notify if these will occur. Please make sure to give us a valid phone number and email address.

I have been seeing Dr. Vanko for the past 23 years and I would not see another gynocologist. I started seeing her for infertility issues and she caught a brain tumor on my pituitary gland that my other doctors had missed. Also, I have been without health insurance for quite a few years now. 5 years ago I was having major female issues. Dr. Vanko performed a D & C in her office and diagnosed me with cancer. My oncologist in Indianapolis later told me that I should really thank her, because she saved my life by doing that. Dr. Vanko is highly intelligent, caring,, and very straight forward.
